Shipping!

We ship within Canada and Around the world.

All orders are packaged with a vacuum seal bag and then wrapped inside a black heatwrap bag for further protection. There is no indication from the package to what the contents are. Orders are shipped in boxes or poly tear proof mailer bags depending on order size.

 

Orders with payment received before 12pm PST should ship SAME BUSINESS DAY. If your payment is received after 12PM PST it will ship the following business day.

Orders received on Friday ( Depending the time of order) , Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday.

Typically 1-2 business days for significant cities, and a few extra days if you are outside of Canada or in a remote area. Once we hand over the package to the delivery service, we have no control over how quickly it will be delivered.

You will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation email once your order is finished (and shipped). Use that link to check the status of your order.

Note: If we ship a package in the afternoon, it might not arrive at a sorting facility until the next morning and be scanned into their system. Tracking numbers might take up to 24 hours to activate.

 

Please get in touch with us, and we will submit a trace to the delivery agency, if you don’t receive your item two days after the scheduled arrival date.

The delivery agency will launch an inquiry if a trace is submitted; this investigation could take up to two weeks to finish.

You will receive the box a few days after it is identified. If Delivery Agency Post is unable to locate your package, we will either send you a replacement package for free or give you Points equal to the cost of the missing product and re-ship your order with free Express delivery.
